Video analysis sessions allow you to analyze your live matches with a member of the Hammer Wrestling staff. We will critique and break down various aspects of your video and provide feedback. This is a great opportunity to get personal attention and instruction geared specifically for you (and you alone), addressing both your strengths and weaknesses.

Video analysis can be purchased one at a time and involves you bringing us video of yourself that we can analyze with you.  This is also a perfect time to schedule private instructional sessions to assist you in working on our suggestions.

Video Analysis: $60, 1 hour session

We are currently in the process of creating a web based video correspondence system. This will allow for our members to upload their wrestling videos to the web where we can analyze them and provide professional feedback and suggestions. This information will come in various forms: written reviews, phone conversations/instant messaging, or a personal technique video addressing your specific needs.
