USA wrestling card required to participate ($40).  Cash, checks, or PayPal (below) accepted. Write checks out to Hammer Wrestling.

Please fill out the online registration form (or mail-in form) and the application waiver, then send along with payment to the address below (or via PayPal). Note: application waiver must be completed and turned in prior to participating. Either mail this in or bring it with you on the first day.
