I. Thou shalt punish thy bodies because the more thou sweatest in training, the less thou bleed in combat.
II. Thou shalt never assume. Nothing is what it seems.
III. If thou hurteth in thy efforts and thou suffer painful dings, then thou art Doing It Right.
IV. Thou hast not to like it–thou hast just to do it.
V. Thou shalt always lead from the front, not the rear.
VI. Sometimes, if thy training is properly intense–it will break thou and make thou want to quit. More often–much, much more often, it will save thou in the heat of competition.
VII. Keep it simple-‘YES’ or ‘no’.
VIII. Thou shalt enter every competition stronger than thy competitor.
IX. Turn it into a street fight. Outfight somebody. Even yourself.
X. Thou shalt never forget the 3 F’s: Faith, Family, and Fun.
